We started in Namibia, managing influencer campaigns for brands who needed results fast and couldn't afford the bloat of a traditional agency model. No retainers. No account teams billing 40 hours to a 10-hour brief. Just results, delivered in 72 hours, with a satisfaction guarantee that meant we had real skin in the game.
Then our clients started asking us for something else. They'd seen the quality of the talent we'd built relationships with and they wanted access. Not just for campaigns. For their teams.
So we built the Africa Talent Library. A curated, deeply-vetted network of professionals, primarily from Cape Town, who are ready to embed in UK and EU agency teams and perform from day one. Not generalists. Not job seekers. People who have already done the job you need done.
